Information we collect

The site receives and stores information you provide through mailing-list signup and contact forms. Once checkout is enabled, it will also receive information needed to complete an order. Payment details are handled by the configured payment provider; full payment-card information is not stored by this site.

How information is used

Information is used only to complete purchases, deliver digital files, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and send updates when consent has been given. Contact and signup records are saved in the site database first; once email notifications are connected, the configured email provider processes a copy to notify the site owner.

Service providers and retention

The site currently uses Cloudflare hosting and database services. Address hashes used for abuse prevention are retained for no more than seven days; contact records should normally be retained for no more than 24 months, while subscription records are retained until consent is withdrawn or legal retention no longer applies. Before live payments or email campaigns begin, the final policy must also name the actual payment, email, analytics, and other providers and review international transfer terms.

Your choices

You may use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, or to withdraw mailing-list consent. Once marketing email delivery is enabled, each marketing message should also provide a direct unsubscribe method.
