How delivery works

After successful payment, the server verifies the order with the payment provider. The confirmation page then creates short-lived links only for the products in that paid order. Files are stored outside the public website.

Download access

Download links expire for security. A replacement can be issued after the order is verified. The purchaser should save a backup and keep the order email or receipt.

File compatibility

Each live product page must state the delivered formats and supported devices. Music may be supplied as MP3 or FLAC; ebooks may be supplied as EPUB or PDF only when those files actually exist.

Refunds

Digital refund rights differ by location. The final policy must explain any consent to immediate delivery, withdrawal rights, defective files, duplicate orders, and the process for requesting help. Refunds or charge disputes may revoke download access.

Support

Order support should request only the receipt email and order reference—not full payment-card information.
